iLEAD is a multi-dimensional programme through which LEAP engages teachers, school administrators and graduates to equip underserved youth in public secondary schools with soft skills in leadership, employability and entrepreneurship. LEAP runs two models; iLEAD Programme and iLEAD Fellowship to improve learning outcomes, raise aspirations of youth and prepare talent for the development sector.
The Social Innovators Programme & Awards (SIPA) is a platform for showcasing, empowering and
equipping young changemakers with requisite skills and effective tools for building
sustainable social enterprises.
Lead The Way (LTW) is a summer programme for teenagers which empowers them to understand and
achieve their full leadership potential. The programme brings participants out of their
comfort zone, discover their voices, forge their path and mature into innovative and ethical
leaders. LTW is achieved through experiential learning, team building exercises, STEM & Art
classes, outdoor exercises that include a visit to community centres within
The Youth Leadership Programme (YLP) seeks to empower, equip and support young change leaders, who are at the forefront of providing effective and innovative social change solutions, with the skills, knowledge and support system required for them to build sustainable organizations.
LEAP supports SMEs, MSME and aspiring young entrepreneurs to establish enduring
organizations. It has collaborated with organizations such as the Bank of Industry and
Technoserve to deliver entrepreneurial training towards creating bankable enterprises and
reducing youth unemployment.
