In alignment with this year’s overarching theme, “Beyond Narratives: Communicators as Catalysts for Africa’s Global Influence,” our session represents the natural progression of our storytelling journey. Last year, we spotlighted the power of storytelling in showcasing Africa’s potential and amplifying impact, celebrating the stories that shape perception, drive hope, and ignite innovation across the continent. This year, we are moving from narrative to implementation. 

Our 2025 conversation dives deeper into the how. We will be exploring how storytelling can be strategically used to influence public policy, drive economic transformation, and empower communities. We aim to unpack how development practitioners, creatives, corporate leaders, and policy stakeholders can collaborate through communication to shift mindsets, move systems, and scale ideas into lasting change.
