Clare Omatseye, is the Founder and Managing Director of the international award-winning company, JNC International Limited (JNCI). She obtained a B.Pharm from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 1990 and an MBA from the prestigious IESE Business School, Barcelona and the Lagos Business School (LBS) in 1999.

JNCI, a company she founded 15-years ago, is a leading Turnkey Medical Equipment Solutions Company, which exclusively represents 26 Global Medical Equipment Manufacturers; like Canon Medical Systems-Japan (formerly Toshiba) for Radio-Diagnostics, Elekta-Sweden for Radiotherapy, Olympus-Japan for Minimal Invasive Surgery and Endoscopy, Getinge-Sweden for Operating Theatres and Medtronic-USA for life saving Cardiovascular Devices to name a few.

Clare (as she’s popularly known) is an avid advocate for Healthcare Reform and has used her vast 30-year experience in Public Health, Pharma, Clinical Service Provision and Medical Devices to influence strategic policy formulation, through multi-stakeholder engagement and collaboration. This has been in the areas of Public-Private-Partnerships (PPP’s) for Healthcare, Sustainable Childhood Immunization, Public Procurement Reform and policies to Incentivize Private Sector Investments in Healthcare to unlock the potentials of the Nigerian Health sector and beyond.

She serves as the:

Clare is passionate about improving access to quality healthcare and driving Universal Health coverage (UHC) in Nigeria. She continues to offer her time to activities that leverage on innovation and building strategic Public Private Partnerships (PPP’s), attracting and increasing access to finance in healthcare, drive improved service delivery, raise healthcare standards and push the adoption of Global Best Practices and Governance.

She has a special interest in reversing the unfortunate and unnecessary death of women and children and reversing the plight of the upsurge of Cancer in West Africa via increasing the Radio-Diagnostic, Interventional and Oncology Services in the sub-region. She also enjoys engaging and mentoring the Youth, empowering them with knowledge to embrace the mantle and responsibilities of steward leadership.

Kehinde Ayeni is the Executive director at LEAP Africa, a catalyst organisation for youth leadership development in Africa—her work centres on leadership, youth empowerment, social development, digital transformation, and sustainable business practices. She is an influential leader overseeing and implementing programs, research, learning and strategies to advance these goals, foster positive change, and empower young African leaders.

Her core experience in the past 15 years spans organisational leadership, operations and communications. She has a personal and professional goal to continue creating an agile environment, opportunities and solutions to profit, empower, and enable socio-economic transformation. Her exceptional contributions earned her recognition as one of the “50 African Women Making a Difference in Development” by Donors for Africa in 2020 and is a 2021 Praxis Nonprofit Accelerator Program Fellow.

CEO Tostan International

Sobel Aziz Ngom is the Executive Director of Tostan, an organization that has been working for over 30 years to empower communities through human rights-based education across several West African countries. Since June 2025, he has been dedicated to strengthening and expanding the organization’s impact across the region.
A passionate social entrepreneur and strong advocate for youth empowerment, he invests his time, talent, and network in fostering collaboration among visionary leaders and organizations, helping spark impactful initiatives that advance inclusion, participation, and empowerment.

He began his career at Ashoka Changemakers, where he led the Africa Hub, a platform connecting more than 2,000 young African social entrepreneurs. In this role, he provided guidance, resources, and opportunities to support their personal and professional growth.

In 2014, he founded Social Change Factory (SCF), a civic leadership center for young people in Senegal. In its very first year, the organization achieved remarkable results and attracted partnerships that enabled its regional expansion.

Within five years, SCF had become one of the most dynamic youth organizations in the Sahel, active in nearly 50 cities across seven countries: Chad, Burkina Faso, Niger, Guinea, Côte d’Ivoire, The Gambia, and Senegal. Its flagship initiative, “Voix des Jeunes,” spotlighted the work of 1,000 young social entrepreneurs and reached more than 20 million viewers, reshaping perceptions of youth by highlighting their role in addressing community challenges.

In recognition of his commitment, he was appointed in 2018 by UNICEF’s Executive Director to the Global Leadership Council of Generation Unlimited (GenU), an international partnership bringing together nearly 60 leaders committed to advancing opportunities for young people.

The following year, he founded the Consortium Jeunesse Sénégal (CJS) to help drive systemic change in the country. This coalition of 18 organizations quickly became one of the continent’s most influential youth platforms. Within three years, it had impacted more than 200,000 young people through inclusion, training, and employment initiatives, while also strengthening over 100 youth organizations. CJS also pioneered public-private-youth
partnerships in collaboration with the Senegalese government, international institutions, businesses, and foundations.

In 2023, he was named an Ashoka Fellow in recognition of his commitment to transforming the way youth are viewed and promoting them as key drivers of change in West Africa. Between 2023 and 2024, he served as a technical advisor to Senegal’s Ministry of Youth, Employment and Entrepreneurship, contributing to the development of national youth centered strategies.

With more than 15 years of experience, he has led multicultural teams of up to 400 people, advocated for youth at the highest levels, and mobilized more than $30 million in funding. His work has earned him numerous national and international distinctions, as well as public praise from leaders such as Barack Obama, Ursula von der Leyen, Bill Gates, and former French Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne.

He is also a regular speaker at global forums organized by the United Nations, the African Union, the African Development Bank, UNESCO, UNICEF, and La Francophonie. At 35 years old, he holds a degree in Communication Sciences from SupdeCo Business School in Dakar and a diploma in Civic Leadership from Wagner College in New York.

CEO, AFRINOLLY LIMITED

Chike Maduegbuna is a consummate entrepreneur and the CEO of Afrinolly Limited: a mobile app that enables African movie enthusiasts to watch movies and music videos mobile devices. The app won Google’s Android Developers Challenge for Sub-Saharan Africa in September 2011.

Afrinolly is the first African company to build Facebook Surround 360 camera. In 2016, Facebook’s CEO Mark Zuckerberg visited Afrinolly Creative Hub to tour the facility and interface with Nollywood. Afrinolly Creative Hub caters for filmmakers, mobile technology developers, animators and other creatives. It functions as “Where Technology Meets Art”. www.afrinollyspace.com.

Chike is also the founder of FansConnectOnline (FCO) Limited: a Mobile Application, Digital Marketing and Social Media start-up. The company built one of the largest football-based social networking website in Nigeria and also developed a geo-location application that won Samsung Mobile Application Developers contest in 2010. Prior to starting FCO Limited, Chike worked at PriceWaterhouseCoopers before moving onto GRID Consulting Limited where he served as technical director. His wealth of experience cuts across Project Management, Financial Management and Human Resources. He holds a B.Sc in Economics from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and M.Sc. in Development Management from the UK Open University.

BUSINESS ADVISOR, STANFORD INSTITUTE FOR INNOVATION IN DEVELOPING ECONOMIES (STANFORD SEED)

Micheline Ntiru has an extensive working experience spanning two decades with private sector, international NGOs, and development finance leaders such as Care International, the International Finance Corporation, and Nokia.

Her roles have included leading and managing teams worldwide. She has also led policy development and programme design and evaluation in agribusiness, education, health, and youth empowerment. Micheline is currently focusing on SME development, impact investment, and financial inclusion.

Her areas of interest in board governance include programme strategy and impact, financial management, global operations, and technological efficiency. Micheline has an MBA from the University of Cambridge (UK), a Master’s degree in Nutrition and Public from Tufts University, Boston (USA), and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Mount Holyoke College (USA). She is fluent in French, Swahili, Portuguese, and Spanish among other languages.

PARTNER KPMG

Tola Adeyemi is a Partner and Head of Audit Services for KPMG in Nigeria. He has over 33years of Professional experience providing Audit and Business Advisory services to a wide range of local and international companies and organisations across all sectors of the Nigerian economy.

In his current role, Tola is amongst other matters responsible for the Firm’s Audit strategy and quality including identifying and monitoring trends and disruptions that will shape the future of the accounting and audit profession and for ensuring his Firm is appropriately positioned in relation to these changes.

An astute business leader with a keen eye for Corporate governance and values based leadership. He is a member of the Audit committee of Redeemers University of Nigeria and current Chairman of the BIPORAL Audit Committee.

Tola has a first class honours degree in Accounting from the University of Ife, Ile-Ife. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation and a member of the Institute of Directors of Nigeria. He is an alumnus of various management and leadership programmes of the Harvard Business School, Wharton, INSEAD and the Lagos Business School.

FORMER EXECUTIVE SECRETARY NEITI

Waziri Adio is a renowned journalist and policy strategist. He is the lead consultant on public communication, policy and public strategic management and serves as the chief strategy officer of Think-Tank Consult.

He has held senior positions in different organizations, ranging from editor and columnist at This Day Newspapers, special adviser to the senate president, communication specialist for UNDP, and director of communications at Nigeria Extractive Industries Transparency Initiative, NEITI. He is the publisher of Metropole, an Abuja-based magazine, which he founded in 2012.

He was educated at the University of Lagos, Columbia University, and Harvard University, where he earned a BSc in mass communication, a MS in journalism, and an MPA in public administration respectively. At different times, he was also a Fellow of the Nieman Foundation for Journalism and an Edward S. Mason Fellow in public policy and management at Harvard University. Waziri is a Fellow of the fifth class of the Africa Leadership Initiative-West Africa and a member of the Aspen Global Leadership Network.

HEAD OF STRATEGY AT FLOUR MILLS NIGERIA.

Sadiq Usman is the Head, Corporate Business Development, Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc. He has also served as a Special Assistant to the Governor, Central Bank of Nigeria, as a Vice-President with JPMorgan Plc, and an analyst with both JPMorgan Plc and Zenith Bank Plc. one of Nigeria’s largest food and agro-allied companies. As part of the senior management team, he is responsible for identifying and exploiting organic and strategic growth opportunities for the conglomerate. He is also a Non-Executive Director of NNFM Plc. and a Board Member of the Nigerian-Belgian Chamber of Commerce.

Prior to this role, Sadiq worked with the previous Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in the capacity of an adviser on Economic Development. While at the CBN, he gained significant experience in crisis resolution, banking reform, and policy development. Sadiq also served on the Bankers’ Committee sub-Committee on Economic Development and Sustainability for 5 years with 4 Bank CEOs.

Before taking up the role at the CBN, Sadiq was a Vice-President at JPMorgan Chase Bank N.A., where he worked in a variety of roles serving the financing needs of sub-Saharan African clients.

CEO WILD FUSION

Abasiama Idaresit is a Nigeria-born technology entrepreneur and founder and CEO of Wild Fusion Limited, a digital marketing agency with offices in Nigeria, Ghana, and Kenya. Forbes Magazine named him among “Ten African Internet Millionaires To Watch” in 2013.

Idaresit started his business with $250 seed funding and built it into a multi-million company across three African countries. He has worked to empower businesses and enable African startups to succeed using technology like Baby M. He was listed among the top 100 African economic leaders of the future in 2015 by Choiseul Institute

DIRECTOR OF NIGERIA PROGRAMS, MSD FOR MOTHERS

Iyadunni Olubode is the Director of Nigeria Programs, MSD for Mothers. In this role, she collaborates with stakeholders across sectors to identify and promote innovative solutions to increase access to high-quality, respectful maternity care for all Nigerian women.

She left the private sector to pursue an interest in the development sector, serving first as Executive Director of LEAP Africa, a youth leadership development non-profit. In addition to working the program design & implementation angle, Iyadunni has supported strategic development consulting efforts for multilateral organisations.

Iyadunni strives “to laugh often and much, to win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children; to earn the appreciation of honest critics…to find the best in others and to leave the world a bit better, whether by a healthy child, a garden patch, or a redeemed social condition.”

Regional Portfolio Director Africa, Luminate

Toyin Akinniyi is a leader in the philanthropy and global development sectors with more than two decades of experience across roles in leadership, strategy, impact investing, tech governance, media development, grantmaking, communications, civic engagement, and stakeholder management.

Toyin is currently Regional Portfolio Director at Luminate – a global philanthropic organisation. In this role, she leads Luminate’s work across Africa at the intersection of technology and socio-economic justice, and efforts to ensure technology advances human flourishing. Toyin is also a member of Luminate’s Leadership Team.

Toyin is a is a Stanford Draper Hills Fellow, speaker, author, and shares her board governance expertise across organisations, including funder collaborative Funds.

Some of her published works include chapters in African Muckraking, Remaking Nigeria: Sixty Years, Sixty Voices, and HerStory: Taking Root, Sparking Change. Her articles can be found across global platforms including in Alliance Magazine, The Guardian, African Arguments, The East African, Premium Times, among others.

She has an MA in Peace and Conflict Studies and a BA in English, and Executive Certificates in Artificial Intelligence from the Said Business School, University of Oxford; in Impact Investing from the University of Cape Town’s Graduate Business School, and a Certificate on Reversing the Resource Curse: Policy and Practice, from the Central European University.

Former COO KPMG Africa

Victor Onyenkpa is a Governance, Finance and Risk Management Leader with over three decades of experience cross Africa. He retired in September 2025 as Chief Operating Officer of KPMG in Africa, after serving as COO/Risk Management Partner for KPMG Nigeria and Head of Tax, Regulatory & People Services Division.

Throughout his career, Victor has been passionate about leadership development, mentorship, and ethical governance — values that align closely with LEAP Africa’s mission of Raising Leaders, Transforming Africa. He has mentored hundreds of young professionals across finance and consulting. He served as Treasurer on the Board of St. Saviour’s School, Ikoyi (2014-2018), and has deep experience in institutional strengthening and ecosystem governance.

Victor brings strong public sector reform experience, having served on Federal Government Technical Committees on the Petroleum Industry Bill, as Chairman of the Abia State Transition Council (2023), and as a member of the residential Committee on Fiscal Policy and Tax Reforms. He has served for over 15 years on executive and governance boards, including the KPMG Nigeria Executive Committee, the Board of KPMG West Africa Holdings Ltd, and the Africa Governance Council of KPMG One Africa.

He holds a First-Class degree in Chemistry from the University of Benin, with executive education from Lagos Business School and Harvard Business School. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and a life member of the Nigerian Chartered Institute of Directors.

EXECUTIVE VICE CHAIRMAN, GLOBACOM

Bella Disu is a seasoned business executive with a track record of impact spanning more than two decades across business, philanthropy, and the arts. She serves as Executive Vice Chairman of Globacom Limited, Chairman of Abumet Nigeria Limited, and Chief Executive Officer of Cobblestone Properties and Estates Limited. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Julius Berger Nigeria Plc, West Africa’s largest construction conglomerate, where she chairs the Strategy Committee.

In these roles, Disu contributes strategic governance and transformation expertise, driving stronger financial performance and long-term value. Under her chairmanship, Abumet Nigeria, a glass and aluminium manufacturer, moved from a ₦784.5 million loss in 2021 to a ₦3.908 billion profit in 2025.

Disu joined Globacom in 2004 and was appointed Executive Vice Chairman in 2019. As EVC, she has overseen the telecommunications company’s digital transformation and growth across West Africa. She also founded SheGlows, a women’s leadership initiative; Glo SPARK, an employee innovation programme; and the Glo Innovation Hub, which supports Nigeria’s technology ecosystem.

At Cobblestone Properties and Estates, Disu leads a portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, including Sisi Paris Luxury Residences and Ile Oja Shopping Centre in Lagos.

Beyond her corporate roles, Disu supports and builds institutions that help shape Nigerian cultural and public life. Through her non-profit organisation, the Bella Disu Foundation, she supports programmes in education, health, youth development, and women’s empowerment across under-resourced communities. Committed to developing young athletic talent, she launched the Bella Disu Open in 2026, a junior tennis initiative offering competition, scholarships, and development pathways.

In the cultural sector, Disu oversaw the development of the Alliance Française Mike Adenuga Centre in Lagos, a French-Nigerian cultural hub inaugurated in 2018, with President Emmanuel Macron in attendance. She is also a long-standing patron of the Musical Society of Nigeria. A creative herself, Disu plays the piano and, occasionally, the saxophone.

In 2022, she published Soso and the Kako Leaf, a children’s book that received a Gold Mom’s Choice Award and a five-star review from Readers’ Favorite.

Disu holds an MBA from Imperial College Business School and an MSc in Leadership from Northeastern University. She is a doctoral candidate at the University of Warwick. She has also completed executive programmes at IMD, Switzerland, Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, and Lagos Business School.

She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Directors Nigeria, a member of WIMBIZ, and a mentor on the WIMBIZ WIMBoard programme. Her recognitions include being named among Forbes Africa’s 50 Most Inspiring Women, appearing twice in the Choiseul 100 Africa ranking, and being honoured by Lagos State’s Eko 100 Women initiative for three consecutive years.

In 2019, the French government appointed Disu a Chevalier dans l’Ordre des Arts et des Lettres. At the time, she was the youngest recipient of the honour.

CEO , SHELL PENSIONS FUND

Remilekun Soyannwo has 30+ years of C-suite experience in Nigeria, the UK, and the Netherlands, serving as CEO of Shell Pension Fund, the largest closed pension fund in West Africa, and prior to that as CFO of Shell Nigeria Exploration and Production Company Ltd (SNEPCo), the largest deepwater oil and gas operator in Sub-Saharan Africa. She is a financial management expert and chartered accountant with extensive skills in corporate and project financing, and notable commercial M&A as well as Structured Finance experience.

Remilekun is an experienced negotiator with excellent stakeholder management skills who has built strong public and private sector relationships in the energy, financial services and real estate sectors. She is a proven dynamic and empathetic leader who is recognized for her skill at leading high performing and culturally/geographically diverse teams to deliver business results in fast paced and complex environments.

Remilekun served in executive capacity on the board of Shell Nigeria from 2019-2025, and she is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) on the Board of Stanbic IBTC Bank Ltd (a Tier 1 Nigerian bank and subsidiary of Standard Bank), where she serves as Chair of the Audit committee, in addition to being a member of the Credit, Nomination and Remuneration committees. She is also an INED on the Board of Pan Ocean Oil & Gas Group Ltd, a leading indigenous energy company in Nigeria where she chairs the Board Audit and Risk Committee.

She is a member of the Institute of Directors, UK, and Nigeria, and an active WIMBIZ Board mentor. She is a graduate of the Women’s Director Development Program at the Kellogg School of Business in the US, and holds a Diploma from the Financial Times, UK Program in Corporate Governance/Non-Executive Directorship.

Remilekun has an MBA from the Cranfield Business School, (UK), a BSc in Biology from the University of Lagos and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

She is a national of Nigeria and the United Kingdom.

INVESTMENT DIRECTOR, CHAPEL HILL DENHAM

Ifeoma Finnih is a Director at Chapel Hill Denham, Nigeria’s leading investment bank and asset manager. She manages portfolios within the Infrastructure and Climate team’s Nigeria Infrastructure Debt Fund (NIDF), mobilising long-term, local-currency capital for infrastructure projects that promote inclusive growth, energy
access and climate resilience.

With over 17 years in banking and investment management, including a decade at FBNQuest Merchant Bank
where she rose to Head, Oil, Gas & Infrastructure, Debt Solutions, Ifeoma has structured and executed a broad
portfolio of project finance transactions across the energy and infrastructure sectors. These experiences have
given her a strong grounding in credit analysis, risk allocation, due diligence and covenant compliance, together
with a track record of portfolio governance and performance monitoring. She applies a systems-thinking
approach to infrastructure, which she views as a catalyst for economic development and energy equity across
Africa.

Beyond investment management, Ifeoma is a passionate advocate for female leadership and economic empowerment. As Founder of CIF Consulting, a career coaching and professional development practice, she
supports professionals in enhancing their leadership capabilities and achieving long-term career and business
growth. Alongside international development agencies and chambers of commerce, she has led financial literacy,
soft skills and capital-readiness programmes for female entrepreneurs and young professionals, helping to close
the financing gap for women-led businesses and preparing the next generation of talent.

A sought-after speaker and moderator at high-level industry forums, Ifeoma brings clarity, integrity and deep
sector insight to discussions on infrastructure, energy access and climate finance. Her work and thought
leadership are anchored in a commitment to sustainability and meaningful impact, and in a broader mission to
build inclusive ecosystems where African businesses and professionals can lead, invest and thrive. She firmly
believes that equitable access to capital and opportunity is essential to shaping Africa’s future.

She holds an Executive MBA from London Business School, UK, an MSc in Economics and Finance from Warwick
Business School, UK, and a First-Class BA in Economics and Management from the University of Ghana, Legon,
Accra. She is an Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellow, an Executive member of the Women in Energy Network
