What is LEAD The Way programme?
LEAD The Way Programme is LEAP Africa’s platform to inspire, empower and equip teenagers between the ages of 13-18 to understand and achieve their full leadership potential.
The curriculum is an experiential-based training on activities aimed at improving Leadership & Life skills, Civic Engagement, Enterprise, and Employability Skills in teenagers.
The programme uses case studies, interactive classroom exercises, animated videos, group discussions, visual props, and team tasks among others.
LEAD The Way takes participants through a journey of self-awareness, encourage them to lead ethically, stimulate patriotism and support them to make purposeful and informed career decision.
LEAD The Way has two (2) tracks that would hold in June and July, 2020 respectively.
