Introduction

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which participants or LEAP Africa may cancel enrolment in any paid programme, training, or workshop. By registering, participants agree to the conditions below.

Cancellation Timeline

Participants may cancel their registration under the following conditions:

14 days or more before programme start: Participant may cancel with no penalty. A full refund will be processed in line with the Refund Policy.
7–13 days before programme start: Cancellation is allowed, but only 50% of the fee will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before programme start: Cancellations are accepted, but no refund will be issued. Participants may request a transfer or substitution where permitted.

Cancellations After Programme Start

Once the programme has commenced:

Participants may transfer their registration to another eligible individual up to 5 days before the start date at no extra cost.
Transfer requests made later than 5 days before the start date may be accepted at LEAP Africa’s discretion.
